Job Vacancy for GIS Analyst

Job Description

(1) Analyze, design & develop computer data base for Geographic Information System (GIS) applying CAD programming principles and techniques with primarily SQL, Python and ArcGIS online for collecting solar land data to determine land build-ability for solar panel layout and determine potential properties most suitable for solar project

(2) Analyze and then formulate/design and process geographic mapping image with electrical data base system with GoogleEarth, Esri, ArcInfo/ArcGID on ArcGIS Engine;

(3) Analyze, design and develop remote sensing software data capture, quality control, relation routines and automation production process using AUTO-LISP, ADS, logic link, CODEBASE, ASE, DCL programming techniques to move data between systems；

(4) Analyze, design, and develop translators to AUTO-CAD and Arc/Info database electrical system using CLIPPER 5.0, Oracle, VB and Avenue programming.
